Chorus One Team Retreat Q4 2021
Our Q4 team retreat took place in Lagos, Portugal. It was the first time many people in the team got to meet each other as the team scaled considerably in 2021 and COVID-19 had impacted some members being able to attend previous retreats. It was a fantastic opportunity for team members to get to know each other and a lot of important strategic discussions took place throughout the retreat. We were lucky enough to have Ela Crain and her team from Unconventional interview and capture moments from the retreat, which will be uploaded to our website soon.
Conferences - Solana Breakpoint & Cosmoverse
Lisbon was the place to be in November, as many of the major blockchains decided to host their annual conference in the city. Cosmoverse kicked off the frenzy, a 2-day conference that was held in Corinthia Hotel. Our very own Felix Lutsch gave a presentation on the ‘Future of Staking’ and our CEO Brian Crain also spoke on the IBC panel. After a 1-week break (which our team spent on retreat in Faro), we were off to the 4-day Solana Breakpoint Conference. We sponsored Solana Breakpoint’s mainstage (LxFactory) and had a booth to welcome passersby (which included free drinks!). Brian spoke eloquently at Breakpoint in a panel on validators and infrastructure. At the conclusion of Day 2 of Breakpoint, we hosted a rooftop party where we were able to celebrate what was an incredible year for Solana with some of Chorus’ nearest and dearest. November was truly a month to remember, in large part due to the fantastic conferences that occured + our retreat!
